The Day I called Justin I had no idea what to expect. I’m a first time home owner. Justin made this experience of buying my first home unbelievable! I wish that I could give Justin Bechard 10 stars. He is very personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Justin knows everything there is to know about Waushara County, WI. Also being an assessor, he has a sharp eye and spots things in a house that you’d never think to look for. It was really a pleasure working with Justin and I would highly recommend him.

Justin Bechard is an exceptional man to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and down-to-earth. He exceeded all our expectations by going above and beyond in terms of guiding us through our first home buying experience, seemingly putting us at ease, during what would have otherwise, potentially been a very overwhelming time for us.
