Real Estate is in my blood.  I am a proud to be a third generation Wisconsin Real Estate broker working in this area.  Here’s my story.  I was born in Wild Rose in 1979, to a large family, 4 sisters and one brother.  While growing up we moved around a lot, in and around the Wild Rose area.  A “go getter” at a young age, I started helping out at the local appraisal office in Waupaca and became one of the states youngest appraisal trainees.  It was a pretty easy choice for me as my father was, and still is a well known local appraiser.  Once I got my drivers license I started working nights after high school and on weekends doing appraisals, and over time gained experience and learned my craft.  I continue to hold a Certified Appraisers License and actively appraise homes to this day, something I still enjoy.


My transition to Real Estate started while working as an appraiser.  I began purchasing rentals and homes and land to resell.  While buying and selling my own properties I realized that there was a need for a higher level of Real Estate knowledge that I could provide to clients in the area.   I was already helping family, friends and neighbors and decided it was time to acquire my own Real Estate brokers licenseI and opened my doors at Real Pro Wisconsin to the public in 2014.

I foresee all parts of the transaction, beginning to end.  With a complete knowledge of all aspects, I do my best to make sure the purchase or sale of Real Estate is headache and surprise free.  However that is not always possible and Real Pro Wisconsin will be there if problems do arise.  My unique set of skills will help to get the property closed.  Remember knowledge is power and my complete background as an appraiser and assessor works to your benefit.  Its not what your agent knows that can hurt you, its what they don’t know.  Ask yourself, what training do they have to be a Real Estate agent.  Beside my appraisers and Real Estate license I hold a level 2 assessor license for the state of Wisconsin.  This is a tool I mainly use to argue values with the assessors should there be a conflict on property value.  By knowing the ins and outs of appraisal values and assessment rules its quite simple and very rewarding for me and my clients bottom line.  My 3.9% sales fee is also a money saving advantage to that bottom line.

I have been married to my wife Andrea since forever and we have three great kids/ two boys and a girl.  My interests include hunting and fishing, home renovations, watching my kids sporting events.  Over the years I have lived in nearly all the neighboring communities however I now call Waupaca home.
