My transition to Real Estate started while working as an appraiser. I began purchasing rentals and homes and land to resell. While buying and selling my own properties I realized that there was a need for a higher level of Real Estate knowledge that I could provide to clients in the area. I was already helping family, friends and neighbors and decided it was time to acquire my own Real Estate brokers licenseI and opened my doors at Real Pro Wisconsin to the public in 2014.
I foresee all parts of the transaction, beginning to end. With a complete knowledge of all aspects, I do my best to make sure the purchase or sale of Real Estate is headache and surprise free. This is a tool I mainly use to argue values with the assessors should there be a conflict on property value. I have been married to my wife Andrea since forever and we have three great kids/ two boys and a girl. My interests include hunting and fishing, home renovations, watching my kids sporting events. Over the years I have lived in nearly all the neighboring communities however I now call Waupaca home.
